1.   Introduction

1.1. The owner, operator and management reserve the right to amend this ToU/AUP, from time to time, with or without any notice. By continuing to use the services after the management posts such amended ToU/AUP, you accept them, as amended. It is your responsibility to visit this page regularly to check and read the amended ToU/AUP.
The original version of this ToU/AUP is written in English language. If there is any contradiction between what the original version means and what any translation means, then the original version shall take precedence.  This Terms of Use & Acceptable User Policy (hereinafter “ToU/AUP”) is applicable to paid registered user (hereinafter “user” or “you”) who have purchased services from the management of CAMBODIA REAL ESTATE (hereinafter “management of website” or “management”).

1.2.  The purpose of this ToU/AUP is to ensure the quality of the Services and to protect user as well as the Internet community, from illegal, irresponsible, or disruptive activities.

2.  Illegal Content & Activities

2.1.  Uploading or posting pornography, nudity or sexual content.

2.2.  Uploading or posting any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information.

2.3.  Defaming, abusing, harassing, stalking, threatening or participating in hate speech or obscenities (i.e. curse words, vulgar language, crass or rude speech).

2.4.  Uploading or posting content that contain material protected by intellectual property laws (or by rights of privacy of publicity) unless you own or control the rights thereto or have expressly received all necessary consents.

2.5.  Post files or content that contains viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another’s computer.

2.6.  Advertising for fund raising and/or posting links to fundraising websites.

2.7.  Posting surveys, contests, pyramid schemes or chain letters.

2.8.  Restricting or inhibiting any other user from using and enjoying any public area of the services provided by the management.

2.9.  Sharing unlawful content that is owned, licensed or copyrighted by any other organization.

3.  Copyright Violation

3.1.  If you allege that your intellectual property is being violated or abused by content providers in any of the sub subsite of this website, you must submit the following copyright infringement claim.

-Provide evidence of the authorized person to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

-Your contact information including a valid email address.

-Identification of the works or materials being infringed.

-A statement that the notifier has a good faith belief that the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

-A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

The statement must be signed by the authorized person to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly being infringed.

Takedown Policy

Upon receiving a valid notification, the management will notify the content provider and provide a copy of the copyright infringement claim.

-If the content provider does not respond within 3 business days after dispatch of notice, the owner will temporarily disable public access to the infringing content or web page.

-If the content provider does not amend the content within 7 business days after dispatch of notice, the owner will remove the infringing content or web page.

-If the content provider continues such copyright infringement activities, the management reserves the right to terminate the content provider’s account.

4.  Security

4.1.  The User confirms that the management can take action to isolate or destroy any uploaded content found on the management’s network that in the reasonable view of the management can damage or interfere with the services provided by the management. Any such content as a virus or worm that could also infect other user’s storage and security will be destroyed or isolated by the management.

4.2.  Necessary steps must be taken by the user to protect username and passwords associated with all services provided for the user.
